Customer Reviews
Dog loved treats
Ordered the tough chewer box. The rubber dog toy was good. My dog really liked the dehydrated treats. Shipping was okay. Will probably get another one.
Consistent quality over time
I've been a Woof Packs subscriber for about a year now, mainly getting the large dog box. This month's box, with a durable chew toy and some dental chews, was just as good as previous ones. I really appreciate that the quality of items hasn't dipped, which I've seen with other subscription services sometimes. My dog still gets excited when the box arrives, and the treats are always natural, which is important to me. Customizing for allergies has also been straightforward when I've needed to. It's why I keep renewing my subscription.
Good first box, slow shipping
I ordered a single box purchase for my medium dog to try out Woof Packs before committing to a subscription. The plush dog toy and grain-free treats were a hit, my dog really enjoyed them. The quality seemed good for the price. However, shipping took 8 days to get to me in Florida, which felt a bit long for an online order these days. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was a plus. Overall a solid experience, but they could definitely improve on delivery times.
Got the puppy pack
Decided to try the puppy pack for my new little guy. It came with a cute rope toy and some soft treats he loved. The bandana was a bit big for him right now but he'll grow into it. It was fun getting a box just for him, made things easy. Pretty happy with it.

My dog has chicken allergies, can I customize the treats in the box to avoid certain ingredients?
how does this compare to barkbox? barkbox is okay but the toys are kinda meh sometimes.
What's their return policy like if a toy shows up damaged? My last box from another company had a ripped toy and it was a pain.
Hey guys, thinking about getting a Woof Pack subscription for my golden retriever. He's a pretty heavy chewer, will the toys actually hold up or will they be destroyed in 5 minutes?
Does Woof Pack ship to the US? I'm in New York and looking for a good dog box but a lot of the Canadian ones don't ship here.
